Biography

Dr. McGoron is a professor of Biomedical Engineering at Florida International University and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Engineering and Computing. He served as department chair from 2007-2010 and as National President of the Biomedical Engineering Honor Society from 2010-2014. He is a fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. He has over 200 journal articles, book chapters, and proceeding papers. He has received funding from the NIH, NSF, DOD, AHA, and Fl-DOH, as well as numerous companies.
