Biography

Hawraa Issa Graduated with a Doctorate degree in Physiopathology from the Picardie Jules Verne University-France and the Lebanese University-Lebanon. I occupied several research, academic and administrative positions. During the past years, I had the chance to teach general biology courses, work with mentees on main biology-related misconceptions, meet with students’ concerns during advising sessions, integrate thesis evaluation committees, undergo research, co-direct interns at the laboratory unit, participate in international conferences, exchange with professors of different Universities and prepare scientific publications on different subjects namely coronavirus disease, inflammation-calcification cycle, traumatic brain injury, and phytochemicals.
