Dalja Parks, BS is a third-year medical student at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine. Passionate about pediatric oncology and health equity, Dalja has conducted research on genetic cancer predispositions in children, focusing on the implementation of system-wide genetic screening protocols. Their work explores the challenges of integrating genetic testing into clinical practice, aiming to improve early detection and personalized care.
