Combination therapies are used in conjunction with other therapy modalities to increase the efficacy of cancer treatment. This tactic is quite promising when it comes to combating drug resistance and raising patient survival rates. The ideal time of day and dosage for certain combos can be challenging to figure out, though. To tackle these obstacles, adaptive clinical trials must be implemented. These trials enable real-time alterations based on patient reactions, and predictive models can be used to guide treatment plans.
