Biography

Xi Tang, MD, PhD is an attending doctor in the Gastrointestinal Cancer Center of Chongqing University Cancer Hospital. His clinical interests focus on the diagnosis and treatment of common gastrointestinal diseases, and proficient in routine gastrointestinal surgery.

Xi obtained his MD and PhD from Chongqing Medical University and completed residency training in Gastrointestinal surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Xi developed a clinical and research focus in gastrointestinal tumors. He hosted a research project which was funded by the Chongqing Natural Science Foundation and participated in the program from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
